Order Cancellation

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, pre-ordered items that have already started production, as well as all completed products, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns

Most of our products are custom-made. If the item is in stock, you must submit a return request within 3 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in their original packaging, clean, unused, and in saleable condition.

The item must be new, unused, unaltered, and free of any odors or fragrances.

If an item does not meet these criteria, it will be denied for return and sent back to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

Pre-ordered items are not eligible for return, with no exceptions.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, please ensure that the label is used within 7 days upon receiving it. Before printing, please be sure to check both documents (customs invoice & shipping label).

Please pack all items you are returning and include your original packing slip, noting the items you are returning.

Please allow 14-30 business days for all returns to be processed.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 72 hours of the product's arrival to report the defective item. You can reach us at yomiplanetdavinji@yomiplanet.com.

Shipping

To return your product, please email us at yomiplanetdavinji@yomiplanet.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
