Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery Information

Please allow 10-14 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

Processing times may increase during holidays and other peak times.

To protect our customers, we are unable to change the shipping address provided at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipment’s tracking information.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left our warehouse.

Please consider any holidays, natural disasters or pandemics may impact delivery times.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available.We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment.

Shipping Rates are non-refundable.

We do not ship to PO boxes.



Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page.

Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Failed Delivery or  Returned to Sender 

If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to us at your expense.

If you are absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be returned to us at  your expense.

For international customers, if you refuse receipt of your package, the package will be returned to us at your expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the amount to be refunded.

Damaged/Opened Box

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us yomiplanetdavinji@gmail.com

Lost Packages

YOMIPLANET is not responsible for any stolen/lost packages that have been signed for. Customers will absorb the costs of stolen/lost parcels.
